The Exhibitor Kit
The Exhibitor Kit is your optimal show tool, which we have prepared to answer all of your questions relating to your presence at the Ottawa Home & Remodelling Show presented by RenoAssistance.
You will find the rules and regulations for your presence at the Show, all necessary information for the move-in out and move-out as well as supplier information and order forms for services you may need at the show (electricity, internet, transport, etc.).

SCAM WARNING
There have been a number of spam emails offering our attendee lists. These are scams and the senders are unauthorized to use the Marketplace Events’ name. These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by Marketplace Events, and Marketplace Events would never ask for bank information or other sensitive information over email.

ENHANCE YOUR COMPANY’S ONLINE EXHIBITOR LISTING
Enhance Your Company's Online Exhibitor ListingMaximize your business’s exposure and attract more customers by upgrading your exhibitor listing. As an exhibitor, you have a basic listing live on the website, and now you can Enhance It! This is included in the contracted space cost and is no additional charge.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an automated email providing a link to elevate your listing. This link gives you the flexibility to make updates and changes to your listing as frequently as you like until one day after the show ends. Your listing will stay active for as long as you participate in the show.

Including assets mentioning your participation in the show either through your existing email marketing efforts or by adding a small banner to your website is a great, free way to invite potential customers to meet you face-to-face on our show floor.

Facebook Event Reminder:
In efforts to protect potential joint customers from fraudulent events and scammers, we request that you do not create your own Facebook Event. This helps us manage ticket sales for the event, and ensures that our team are available to support both exhibitors and potential attendees with any questions, comments, or concerns that they have. Please feel free to reach out to your show manager or show marketing manager with your companies’ Facebook page and we can add you as a co-host to the official event.

EXHIBITOR REGULATIONS
-Floor covering (same size as your booth) is mandatory.
-Walls higher than 8' have to be finished on both sides. No publicity on the back side.
-Walls higher than 12' have to be approved by the show management.
-There is a visibility fee of $500 for banner hanging. Talk to your representative for more information.
-Rigid walls are mandatory for booths located on the main aisle.

POLITICAL POLICY
MPE prohibits political candidates, political parties, and organizations advocating for ballot initiatives or political issues from exhibiting at US consumer home and holiday shows. MPE also prohibits the display or sale of products or services that are political or partisan in nature, or that may reasonably be understood to promote, incite, or glorify hatred, violence, or racial, sexual, or religious intolerance. MPE reserves the right to interpret and apply these standards in its sole discretion, and its determinations shall be final.
MPE shows are intended to provide welcoming, in-person commerce experiences. Our priority is to maintain respectful, safe marketplaces where attendees and exhibitors can gather to learn, shop, compare offerings, and conduct business. These standards are designed to support an inclusive and professional environment for all participants. This policy is effective January 1, 2024, for all U.S. shows.
