EnviroCentre designs and runs programs that help homeowners, landlords, tenants, and trades make homes more energy efficient and environmentally sustainable.

Better Homes Ottawa is an initiative to help Ottawa homeowners improve the energy efficiency of their homes. We provide information, tools and supports to help folks understand why energy efficient homes are better and help them access the tools and resources to start their home energy retrofit journey.

Better Homes Ottawa is led by EnviroCentre in partnership with the City of Ottawa, the Ottawa Energy Collective and the Ottawa Climate Action Fund.

Future Homes Ottawa is our city’s first mass retrofit project. We are currently looking to engage trades in joining us on this exciting new venture to bring energy efficiency retrofits at scale across the Ottawa region.
